Meet Rashida Khan, LMFT
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting diverse communities. I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, adults, and adolescents, helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
My approach combines professional expertise with genuine empathy. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Family Systems Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create strategies for lasting positive change.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, including with clients who have faced complex life experiences such as homelessness, substance use, and systemic barriers. Therapy with me is a partnership where we identify your goals, build on your resilience, and move toward meaningful growth and balance.
